You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you distribute through Glissando Distro. You agree that you will not distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or infringes on any third party rights.

3. FEES

Glissando Distro charges a one-time fee per release, which covers the cost of distributing your music to various streaming platforms. You can choose from different distribution packages depending on your needs. You are responsible for paying any additional fees that may be charged by the streaming platforms.

4. ROYALTIES

You agree to receive royalties from the streaming platforms directly. Glissando Distro does not collect any royalties on your behalf.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

The distribution agreement between you and Glissando Distro will be ongoing until either party terminates the agreement. You can terminate the agreement at any time by contacting us. Glissando Distro reserves the right to terminate the agreement if you breach any of the terms and conditions.

Glissando Distro will collect and use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your personal data with any third party without your consent.
